Cancellation Policy

Information about cancelling your order before dispatch.

We understand that occasionally you may need to change your mind after placing an order. This page sets out how to request a cancellation, the time limits that apply, and what happens once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Order cancellation window

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed for dispatch. During this window, we can usually cancel the order and refund the full amount without any complications.

Good to know

The fastest way to request a cancellation is to email us as soon as you can — include your order number and a short note.

Orders already being processed

If your order has already entered the processing or packing stage, we will do our best to stop it before it leaves our premises. However, once packing has begun, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible.

In cases where we are unable to cancel an order in time, you are still welcome to return it under our Returns & Refund Policy once it has been delivered.

Orders already dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. At that point, the parcel is in the courier's network and the delivery will proceed as planned.

If you no longer want the items after delivery, you can return them within 14 days in line with our Returns & Refund Policy. Please contact us first so we can guide you through the return process.

Refunds for cancelled orders

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method. You do not need to do anything extra — we will process the refund once the cancellation is confirmed.

Refunds are typically issued within 7 days of the cancellation being confirmed, and can take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and let us know that you would like to cancel. We will reply quickly and confirm whether the cancellation can be completed.

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Cancellation requests submitted after dispatch cannot be accepted, and we will ask you to follow the Returns & Refund Policy instead.
