- Do you ship outside the UK?
- Not at this time — Elvona currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
- How much is delivery?
- Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in the UK.
- How long does delivery take?
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive 2–5 business days later (3–7 for Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK islands).
- Can I return an item?
- Yes — within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
- Are your products genuine?
- Yes. Every piece is sourced and curated by our team in Morecambe. We do not dropship and we never resell second-hand goods as new.
