Returns & refunds
This returns policy applies to orders placed on elvona.shop (Elvona), operated by ELVON LTD (Company No. 14293890). In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel and return any order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.
How to return an item
- Email contact@elvona.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will reply within one business day with a return authorisation and the return address (Unit 7 Southgate, Morecambe LA3 3PB).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and post it back to us using a tracked service.
Condition
Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used or visibly handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund (including any original delivery charges) to your original payment method within 14 days, and in any case within the 30 days required by UK law.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days and we will cover the cost of return postage and issue a full refund or replacement at your choice.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect them.
