From checkout to your door, Elvona orders arrive within 3–8 business days on UK mainland, or 4–10 business days for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK Islands.

    We pick, check and pack your order within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

  3. 3. Dispatched

    You receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

  4. 4. Delivered

    Enjoy your new pieces. Free 14-day returns — once your return request is approved, we'll email you a prepaid label with instructions.

How long until my tracking updates?+
Tracking usually goes live within 24 hours of dispatch, once the courier scans the parcel into their network.
