How long until my tracking updates?+
Tracking usually goes live within 24 hours of dispatch, once the courier scans the parcel into their network.
I can't find my order number.+
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from support@elvona.shop. Still stuck? Email us and we'll look it up.
My parcel hasn't arrived in the expected window.+
If it's been more than 7 business days since dispatch, please contact us and we'll investigate straight away.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?+
If your order hasn't shipped, yes — email us as soon as possible. Once it's dispatched, the courier's redelivery options apply.
