Card payments are handled directly by Stripe, one of the most trusted payment processors in the world. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure form — Elvona never sees or stores your card information.
Stripe is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified, the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.
Our entire website — including the checkout — is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Any information you send us travels over a secure, encrypted connection.

Once your payment is confirmed, we'll send an order confirmation to your email address, followed by a dispatch email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.
The price you see is the price you pay. There are no delivery fees, no card surcharges and no hidden costs at checkout for UK orders.
