Accepted payment methods

All payments on elvona.shop are processed by ELVON LTD (Company No. 14293890).

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when your parcel arrives, anywhere in the UK.
• Major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
• Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay (where available).
• PayPal.

Currency & pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and include UK VAT where applicable. The total charged at checkout is the final amount — Elvona does not charge surcharges, handling fees or hidden delivery costs.

Payment security

The entire site is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant providers — Elvona never sees or stores full card details on its own servers. 3-D Secure authentication may be requested by your bank.

When you are charged

For card and wallet payments, your account is charged at the moment your order is confirmed. For Cash on Delivery, the full amount (in GBP) is paid in cash to the courier on the doorstep.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, no order is created and no funds are taken. Please contact your bank, or try a different method, or write to contact@elvona.shop for help.

Invoicing

A VAT-compliant invoice issued by ELVON LTD (Company No. 14293890) is emailed with every dispatch confirmation. Need a duplicate? Email contact@elvona.shop.
