2. Orders & contract

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we confirm dispatch by email. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Pricing & availability

We take reasonable care to ensure prices and stock are accurate. If an obvious error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Delivery

Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery times are estimates. See our shipping policy for full details.

5. Returns & cancellation

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our returns policy for the procedure.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
