By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products in line with these terms. A contract of sale is formed only once we send you an order confirmation email.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item in full.

All prices are shown in GBP (£). The price at checkout is the final price you pay — free UK delivery included, no hidden charges. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct; if an obvious error is discovered before dispatch, we may cancel and refund the order.

We ship free within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days for UK mainland and 4–10 business days for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK Islands. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.
