How Elvona delivers your order — where we ship, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong.

We want your order to arrive safely, on time and without any surprises. This page sets out our processing times, delivery timeframes and how we handle common shipping situations for customers across the United Kingdom.

Overview

Every Elvona order ships from the United Kingdom with free delivery — no minimum spend, no hidden charges. The price shown on the product page is the final price you pay at checkout.

Free UK delivery is included on every order, of any size.

Delivery coverage

Elvona currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Covered areas include England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Remote locations, the Scottish Highlands and the Islands may occasionally take a little longer.

Order processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Our daily order cut-off is 14:00 (2:00 PM) GMT (Europe/London) — orders placed after this time are treated as received the following business day.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking link.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days for UK mainland and 4–10 business days for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK Islands, combining our 1–3 day handling time with courier transit.

Please note

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays. All times are shown in GMT (Europe/London). Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel leaves us, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey. You can also enter your order number on our Track Order page at any time.

If the tracking hasn't updated within 24 hours of dispatch, don't worry — it usually reflects once the carrier scans the parcel into their network.

Incorrect delivery address

Please double-check your address before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@elvona.shop as soon as possible with your order number and the correct details.

Important

If an order has already been dispatched to the wrong address provided at checkout, any redelivery or return costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Delayed orders

Occasionally, deliveries can be delayed due to weather, courier issues or public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window for your destination (8 business days for UK mainland or 10 business days for the Highlands, Northern Ireland and Islands), please email support@elvona.shop with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

Damaged parcels

We pack every order carefully, but if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and the outer packaging.

Returns are always free of charge, whether the item is damaged, defective or simply not right for you. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label together with instructions for returning your item. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

Frequently asked questions

Is delivery really free on every order?+
Yes — every Elvona order ships free within the UK, with no minimum spend.
Do you ship outside the UK?+
Not at the moment. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Can I choose a specific delivery day?+
We don't currently offer scheduled delivery slots, but tracking updates will let you follow your parcel and, in many cases, arrange redelivery directly with the courier.
What if no one is home?+
The courier will either leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or leave a card with redelivery instructions.
