Shipping policy
Orders placed on elvona.shop (Elvona, operated by ELVON LTD, Company No. 14293890) ship free of charge to all United Kingdom addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Orders are dispatched from our store at Unit 7 Southgate, Morecambe LA3 3PB.
Processing time
All orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Delivery time
- UK Mainland: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & UK islands: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Total fulfilment time: 3–10 business days from order confirmation
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves our showroom. Carriers used include Royal Mail Tracked 48 and DPD UK depending on parcel size.
International orders
At this time Elvona only ships within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international delivery.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@elvona.shop with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund.
